An MSI Z490-A Pro is a slightly better option (with a better VRM, which means it’s slightly better for overclocking) and often about the same price.
Just avoid ASRock motherboards, and you should be fine.
You don’t really need to spend as much as $200 (assuming you mean USD) to overclock an i5, unless there are any specific features you need (e.g. lots of USB ports, SLI, or thunderbolt). Spend the money you save on a better CPU cooler, faster RAM, or bigger SSD.
