The Intel i3 9100F doesn’t support more than 2666Mhz so there’s that.
I do have an Intel i3 9100F in my rig right now and a pretty cheap option but also decent is the GIGABYTE H310m S2 2.0 which I am currently using right now. At least that’s the cheapest LGA1151 and one that supports 9th generation Intel I could find right now.
